Our Process

SoundVision has developed a step-by-step process that guides you and us through the various phases of a project. First, we meet with you to determine your specific goals, needs, budget requirements, and present some initial options for your installation. Once it is determined that SoundVision is the best partner for the project, we enter into a design agreement, when we’ll provide a complete project proposal and detailed scope of work. SoundVision’s engineering team then creates a comprehensive and clear set of plans and schematics to guide the construction process using the latest CAD software technology. Next, a contract is drafted to provide and install the system as proposed. The construction phase of your project is handled by SoundVision’s staff of professional, highly-trained technicians, led by a Project Manager who oversees all aspects of your project.

Once your system is built and fully operational, it’s backed by our lifetime warranty on workmanship and the manufacturer’s warranty on products. SoundVision is an authorized dealer for every product we sell and install, so help with a defective component is just a phone call or email away.
